Your Questions, Answered

  • No. Ceremony prepares, chills, and seals each matcha before delivery. This service does not include the cart or onsite staff.

  • Standard subscriptions are available once or twice each month on a recurring date.

  • Yes. Your organizer may update the flavor breakdown before the order deadline. Up to three flavor selections are included with each service.

  • Yes. Your company may send a preference form to guests and submit the final quantities to Ceremony before the deadline.

  • Each order is prepared according to Ceremony’s standardized recipe. Almond milk is available upon request.

  • Matchas should be refrigerated after delivery if not being enjoyed within 1 hour. They should be kept cold until they are enjoyed. Consume within 4 days.

  • Local delivery is included within Ceremony’s standard service area. Additional delivery fees may apply outside that area.

  • Yes. Ceremony for Business begins with a three-month commitment so your recurring service dates can be reserved in advance.

  • Weekly service, rotating quantities, custom branding, multiple locations, and staffed Ceremony experiences require a separate custom proposal.
