Ceremony Pop-up

This is our most flexible offering. We bring the full Ceremony cart and experience to your space, and guests purchase matcha directly at the event. 
This option is ideal for boutiques, studios, markets, and community spaces that want to offer an elevated matcha moment without hosting beverage costs.

Includes:

  • Full Ceremony mobile cart setup

  • On-site handcrafted matcha service

  • Curated menu of hot and iced matcha lattes

  • Professional setup, service, and breakdown

Best for:

  • Driving foot traffic and engagement

  • Adding a premium element to your space

Note that we have a $125 minimum for this option. 

The Collab Experience - [Your Brand] x Ceremony

The Collab Experience is a hosted matcha service where you cover drinks for your guests. We work with you to design a seamless, elevated matcha moment that integrates naturally into your event. You also have the freedom to customize your cups to personalize your event.
This option is perfect for brand activations, corporate events, openings, and private gatherings where you want to treat your guests to Ceremony.

Pricing:

  • Small Event — $125 (up to 15 drinks)

  • Medium Event — $325 (30–35 drinks)

  • Large Event — $600 (70–75 drinks)

Please note: Additional drinks beyond the event limit are charged at $8.50 per cup.

Private Matcha Experience

The Private Matcha Experience is a hands-on, guided gathering led by Ceremony. This offering focuses on education, ritual, and participation, creating a more intimate and interactive environment. Guests are walked through matcha preparation, tasting, and technique while enjoying a fully styled, hosted setup.

Includes:

  • Guided matcha education and preparation demo

  • Two handcrafted matcha drinks per guest

  • Individual matcha tools for each participant

  • Styled Ceremony tablescape and stations

  • Full setup and cleanup by Ceremony

Pricing: $65 per person | Ideal for 5–10 guests

Please note: A $15 per person non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date and cover supplies. This fee is applied toward materials and preparation.
